Steve has been with White, Allinder, Graham & Buckley, L.L.C. since the firm began in 1980. He is an experienced civil trial lawyer in both state and federal courts representing individuals who have been seriously injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents, dangerous products, medical negligence, and dangerous conditions of property. He also represents individuals against insurance companies on claims like uninsured and underinsured motorist coverage.
Steve is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA), American Bar Association, Eastern Kansas/Western Missouri Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Missouri Bar, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association. He has served as President of MATA, the Eastern Kansas/Western Missouri Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association. Steve has also served as a member of the Executive Committee of MATA and as Chairman of the Continuing Legal Education Committee of MATA from 1990-1994. He holds a certificate in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. In addition, Steve is a frequent speaker at lawyer educational programs sponsored by the Missouri Bar, MATA, University of Missouri School of Law and local bar associations.
