Debbie joined the firm as an associate in October 2002. Prior to joining the firm Debbie spent one year clerking for the Missouri Supreme Court and two years as an associate with a large defense firm. Debbie has spent the majority of her career representing victims of employment discrimination and personal injury.
During her tenure at White, Allinder, Graham & Buckley, Debbie has successfully defeated several motions for summary judgment in employment discrimination cases, has served as counsel in a class action case, and has assisted in bringing numerous employment discrimination cases to a successful resolution.
Debbie is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, the National Employment Lawyer’s Association and the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association. Debbie has participated in the Ross T. Roberts Inn of Court and the KCMBA Leadership Academy. Debbie previously volunteered as a court appointed special advocate (CASA) and as a tutor through the LEAP foundation.
Debbie was raised in the small town of Hamilton, Missouri, but now resides in Clay County with her two children, Melissa and Zach.
