William Carr – Partner
Attorney Bill Carr joined White, Allinder, Graham, Buckley & Carr, LLC in 2008. Bill has presented at continuing legal education (CLE) programs focusing on trial practice and has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout Missouri and Kansas. He was named an "Up and Coming Lawyer" by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2004 and has been featured in the "Best of the Bar" edition of the Kansas City Business Journal since 2007. He received the Thomas J. Conway Award for demonstrating superior skill in the courtroom while still maintaining respectful relationships with opposing counsel.
Outside the office, Bill greatly enjoys spending time with his wife and five children. He owned the Law Office of William L. Carr before he became a partner in the firm.

Education
Bill received his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Kansas City in 1992, where he received a National Trial Competition Award and was part of the National Trial Team, the National Moot Court Team and the Order of the Barristers. He graduated with a B.A. in Biology from William Jewell College in 1989.

Admitted to practice law in Missouri in 1992 and Kansas in 1993, Bill belongs to the:

Community involvement
ChildReach Ministries is an organization close to Bill's heart. He serves on its Board of Directors and does ministry work with children in Ecuador, Peru and the United States. He has also served as chairman of his church's Deacon Body, and has devoted extensive amounts of time as a volunteer attorney with the CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Program of Jackson County, a project dedicated to helping abused children. He has been named a CASA Program volunteer attorney of the year.
Additionally, Bill is involved with adoption ministries and other groups devoted to helping children and orphans. He coaches basketball and assists with sports programs in Eastern Jackson County.
